Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All ONROGUE products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Our production partner typically processes and prints orders within 2–4 business days under standard processing conditions. Orders submitted after 6 PM will commence processing on the subsequent business day.

2. Shipping Time

Upon shipment, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

   Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

   Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 business days

   Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are subject to variation based on your specific pincode, the availability of courier services, and seasonal shipping volumes.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined at checkout, calculated according to the product's weight and the designated delivery location. Cash on Delivery (COD), if offered, may incur additional fees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS. Tracking updates are contingent upon the courier partner's system.

5. Wrong, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Address

Should a package be returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

• An incorrect or incomplete address

• Customer unavailability

• Phone switched off or unreachable

• Courier's inability to deliver

It will be designated as RTO (Return to Origin). 

For RTO orders:

   Reshipping can be requested within 100 days upon payment of applicable reshipping charges.

   Refunds are not issued for RTO orders.

6. Shipping Delays

Deliveries may experience delays due to:

   Adverse weather conditions

   Festivals or periods of high courier volume

   Remote geographical locations

   Operational issues experienced by the courier

While these delays are beyond our control, we are committed to assisting customers with courier escalations.

7. Lost Shipments

In the event that the courier designates your order as lost, you will be eligible for either:

   A complimentary replacement, or

   A full refund of the product's value

This is contingent upon confirmation from the courier.

8. International Shipping

International delivery timelines may differ based on the destination country and its customs regulations. Any applicable import duties must be borne by the customer.
