Wash Care

To preserve the premium quality of your ONROGUE Polo T-Shirt:

• 🧺 Machine wash cold with similar colors using a mild detergent.
• 👕 Turn the garment inside out before washing.
• 🌤️ Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry in the shade.
• 🧴 Use non-chlorine bleach only when absolutely necessary.
• 🧷 Iron inside out on a cool setting if required.
• ❌ Do not iron directly on printed or embroidered areas.
• 🚫 Do not dry clean.

Easy 7-Day Exchange:

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

You can request an exchange if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item
• You received the wrong size
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cases are not eligible:

• Products damaged after use
• Incorrect size selected by customer
• Minor colour variation due to lighting/screen display
• Products without original tags & packaging
• Used, washed, or altered products

Size Exchange Policy:

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

If you ordered the wrong size, we can assist with a size exchange depending on stock availability. Reverse shipping and re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Wrong Product:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share:

• Order ID
• Product photos
• Unboxing video

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

Refund Policy:

We currently do not offer refunds on prepaid or COD orders unless:

• The product is out of stock
• The order cannot be fulfilled
• A prepaid order is cancelled before shipping

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

• Exchange requests are subject to quality inspection.
