Easy 7-Day Exchange:
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
You can request an exchange if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- You received the wrong size
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cases are not eligible:
- Products damaged after use
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Minor colour variation due to lighting/screen display
- Products without original tags & packaging
- Used, washed, or altered products
Size Exchange Policy:
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.
If you ordered the wrong size, we can assist with a size exchange depending on stock availability. Reverse shipping and re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Unboxing video
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
Refund Policy:
We currently do not offer refunds on prepaid or COD orders unless:
- The product is out of stock
- The order cannot be fulfilled
- A prepaid order is cancelled before shipping
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Important Notes:
- Exchange requests are subject to quality inspection.
- ONROGUE reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
